Would you like to be stronger? A strong upper body provides more than just toned muscles. Strength gives you the ability to do more in life, whether it’s carrying in more groceries at a time or doing a challenge like an outdoor ropes course.

Since the two activities I enjoy most, running and cycling, don’t target the upper body, I have to work strength training in to my exercise regimen. That’s why I enjoyed Samantha Clayton’s article, “Two Slow Moves to Build Upper-Body Strength, Fast.” I encourage you to read the article and try out the exercises she recommends.
