28 Days of Heart HealthNow that we’re well past the 12 days of Christmas, it’s time for a new focus: 28 days of heart health.

Last year, we started the first ever Global Heart Health Month. This year, I’d like to take it a step further by not only recognizing Global Heart Health Month but also by doing something small every day during the month of February to care for your heart.

Here’s how it will work:

1. Each day, I’ll post a heart health challenge on Twitter and Facebook using #28DaysofHeartHealth. For example, you might see, “Day 1 heart health challenge: Take the stairs instead of the elevator. #28DaysofHeartHealth #Herbalife.”

2. You complete the challenge, then post a status or picture of yourself completing the challenge, using #28DaysofHeartHealth.

3. Return to the HeartHealthInitiative.com website to verify that you completed the challenge, and you’ll be entered to win a prize (to be announced in February)! The more challenges you complete, the more entries you get.

4. I’ll retweet or share the most inspiring posts and images on Twitter and Facebook each day.
