Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (or any nut mixture)
- ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup chia seeds (optional)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Mill almonds in a high-powered blender or food processor until fine. Add and blend chia, oats and coconut flakes. Add chopped dates and blend well. Add coconut oil 1 teaspoon at a time until mixture will hold together when you form cakes; the moister the dates, the less oil you’ll need. Form balls and store in fridge. Enjoy!
