Heat olive oil over low to medium heat, making sure to coat pan. Add sliced zucchini, then layer with chopped garlic, distributing evenly. Sauté for 2-4 minutes.
Add grape or cherry tomatoes. Sauté for an additional 2-4 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked but still firm.

- 1 box grape or cherry tomatoes (approximately 30 tomatoes)
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
